Each product page lists the item's essential features, available options and price. Before placing your order, check the items, options, quantities, contact details, delivery address, shipping method and total. You can correct your details in the cart and checkout before submitting a binding order. The final order button indicates the obligation to pay.

3. Prices and payment

The prices and total shown at checkout, including shipping costs, apply to your order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Depending on your selection, you may be redirected to the relevant payment provider.

4. Delivery and pickup

We deliver within Germany. See our shipping policy for shipping costs, delivery times and pickup when available. Please wait for your pickup confirmation.

5. Withdrawal and defects

See our withdrawal policy for consumers' statutory withdrawal rights, returns and a model withdrawal form. Statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected. Contact customer service about damaged or faulty items.
