Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. For goods ordered together but delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

You may use the model form below, but it is not required. Sending your withdrawal notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before this period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising your right of withdrawal.

Return address: Majid Ghasemi, KopieKeller, Sankt Georgstraße 8, 20099 Hamburg, Germany. Your order number helps us identify the return, but is not a condition for exercising your rights.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, without fees for the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Damaged or faulty items

For customer service about damaged or faulty items, please email kopiekeller@gmail.com. Customer service is available exclusively by email. In the event of a confirmed defect, we refund the purchase price of the affected item and cover the necessary return shipping costs. Your statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.
